What Is Resveratrol + Quercetin Complex?

Polyphenols are plant compounds — the pigments and bitter principles in grape skin, onion and tea. Two of them are here, 200 mg each per serving. Resveratrol is a stilbene, two rings joined by a double bond; the trans form here is made by yeast fermentation. Quercetin is a flavonol, the yellow pigment of onion skin and caper buds.
