Why DailyStak exists

DailyStak was started to put control of your health back in your hands.

There is a gap between the people who want to look after themselves and the tools they are given to do it. Good supplements come in bottles that pile up, in counts nobody keeps, and with labels that say less than they should. We saw that gap and wanted to do something about it.

So a stak is yours to set. Every supplement in the shop can be chosen on its own, at the count you decide. Nothing is bundled in that you did not pick, and nothing is left out that you did.

Pills arrive as packs, each marked morning, afternoon, evening or sleep, so there is nothing to count out. A powder or a liquid comes in its own container.

You choose the products: how many pills of each you take at each time of day, or how many containers of a powder or a liquid, and how many days a delivery covers. We do not change an order. We make it up ourselves, exactly as you set it, and pack it.

If you would rather start from a set, our nutrition team puts staks together: supplements chosen as one regimen, at the counts the team sets.

The catalogue holds more than a hundred products. An order can run to four times of day, and a day that carries enough pills reaches six packs or more, so a day arrives as several packs rather than as a single one.

Our nutrition team includes physicians in longevity medicine, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nutrition professionals. They review every supplement before it is listed in the shop. They review what we sell, not individual orders.
