What Is DIM 300mg?
DIM is short for 3,3'-diindolylmethane: two indole rings joined through a single carbon. Vegetables do not contain it as such. Cruciferous vegetables hold indole-3-carbinol, and stomach acid joins two of those molecules into one. This capsule carries the finished compound at 300 mg per serving.
How It Works in the Body
